By closely listening to their needs, we identified challenges in capturing critical information about environmental hazards, client details, and medical progress in a way that’s readily accessible to all team members. Existing tools limit collaboration and data analysis, hindering informed decision-making.

The VCH ACT Digital Tools app, built on Microsoft Power Apps, empowers ACT teams with a mobile-first solution designed for:
